I met with the Priority Living service director in October 2022 when my family was going through a rough time. The director was very helpful in finding a suitable SIL accommodation for my Dad to stay and to ensure that he was well looked after. All staff are very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. In addition, the director was also very open-minded towards any ideas my dad and our family suggested. Overall, I found the director’s presence calming during a turbulent time. My dad has now settled in one of Priority Living SIL home and he could not be happier. Staff are very supportive of dad and us as a family.
